J&S Electrical Installations were asked to help rewire a three-bedroom home in Surrey. The job involves a partial rewire, as the kitchen was recently renovated and the client doesn’t want to disturb the finishes there. The work includes electrical design, installation, and commissioning, along with a lighting redesign to make it modern and energy-efficient. The property will also be future-proofed with cabling installed for vehicle charging.
J&S also first filled in all chases for the client, helping to save the plasterer time and ensuring the cables were left protected.
